Hello jazz lovers and welcome…
I am a Toronto born acoustic bass player who after many active years in the Canadian music scene and tours across North America and Europe, came to Switzerland and joined the Swiss Jazz Scene.
Music was an early passion and I’ll never stop loving the feel and the groove of the bass. As a band member, I have been performing locally and internationally with many formations, styles ranging from swing to modern jazz, classical jazz and World music.
As a band leader I have released
2 CDs. On “Windrose”, my first compilation, I am joined by my favourite musicians and bands
I have worked with over the years.
“Close Your Eyes”, released in summer 2015, is a collection of pieces composed by women in jazz.
Bass-ically speaking I am very excited about the new CD, recorded with my band JazzIMpuls and invite you to check it out!
